I really have been enjoying the senior sessions.   I think kids of this age get a bad rap sometimes.   I have found them all to be fun, easy going, and enjoyable to spend time with.    This young man was no different.   We chatted our way through the session and before we knew it…it was over.

Today’s sitting was just like yesterday.    We started with more posed family shots…then just kind of let things happen and again, my favorites are the casual unposed ones.      I love these little girls with their Grandparents–you can just see how much they all love each other.

First we did the “formal” type family photos…posed groups.      Then I took the girls by myself around the gardens.  These are the photos I love…kids being kids.    The smiles, the laughes it’s the stuff memories are made of!
         

We went on a little mini-vacation to Governer Dodge State park.    It was our first time camping there and we really liked it.   It was a fun change of pace to take some photos of things instead of people–of course, I did take some people photos as well, but i thought I’d share some of [...]

I have had my share of pretty seniors!    This girl, even told me early in the session that she did not think she was very photogenic..ha!    I told her I majorly disagree.    I had a hard time picking my favorites to put up here.

This morning, the light was so pretty down at the gardens.     I did photos of this beautiful little girl.    Her eyes just sparkled in the sunlight.   We had a nice time walking around the gardens and talking together.     First Communion photos are always such fun!
  

As some of you know, my in-laws are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary this weekend.   They got together yesterday for a family party and today they are having another celebrating with friends and family.

It is down right beautiful outside today.    The heat is finally gone and this nice breeze has taken its place.
This is another senior boy.    We had a good time–  he has a great smile and these amazing blue eyes.   We did a few in the “studio” and some in the downtown area.
